Company leaders held a ribbon cutting today to announce the new name and unveil new branding for the Easley-based plant, which has grown to be one of the top industrial food manufacturers of branded and private label products in the nation. Attendees also celebrated the Duke company’s 100-year anniversary in the Upstate. “Our business was founded on a commitment to quality and attention to customer service that often seems forgotten in today’s world,” said Duke Foods President and CEO Andrew Smart. “I am so proud of this plant and the employees who helped us to get where we are today. We look forward to seeing what’s in store for Duke Foods over the next 100 years.” In addition to its new name, company leaders also unveiled a new brand identity for Duke Foods, including a new logo and tagline: Prepared to be Shared.
