The Tri-County Business and Professional Women announce their Tri-County 2017 Career Woman of Year Award Winner Elizabeth Hendricks Howard - attended Easley High School and Winthrop University where she studied Political Science. She worked in Quality Systems Management and Quality Engineering for Automotive Suppliers. Elizabeth achieved status as an IRCA Certified Lead Auditor. Today, Elizabeth is a senior recruiter/branch manager for Contingent Resource Solutions in Greenville. Her combination of manufacturing process analysis & training of others over the years is how she knows what manufacturers want & need. Three years later, the branch has increased clients served from 4 to over a dozen active manufacturing sites for mid & high level position placements within the automotive, warehousing, food grade products, pharmaceutical & skilled trade arenas. Elizabeth has roots that span 10 generations in Pickens County. She lives on and maintains lineal land that has been in the Hendricks family for over 200 years. The land includes the site of Pickens County’s 1st for profit dairy, started by her great grandfather & grandmother. Elizabeth is a volunteer for Pickens County Meals on Wheels and is the corresponding secretary of the Tri-County Business & Professional Women. She is married to Kevin Howard. Her other pride & joys are her two sons, Owen & Rhett. She enjoys spending her money on their soccer dreams & chauffeuring them to every location possible in the Southeast for practices, games, & tournaments.
